  2. My hairdresser told me once that it took her folks six weeks to name her. She asked her dad one day, “Well, during all that time what did you call me?” His answer was simple: “The baby!” I hope it doesn’t take Rob and Hannah quite that long… 🙂

    Regarding names, there’s not a great selection of female saints celebrated on 16th July – St. Lutgardis (or Luthgard) – no, somehow I don’t think so 🙂

    Ss. Quiriacus and Julitta – Julitta is the mother of Quiriacus, but the story isn’t that inspiring for a family with a newborn.

    However, another saint who is celebrated today is St. Aurelian and the feminine of that, Aurelia, is a lovely name. So that’s my suggestion, for what it’s worth!

  14. Congratulations! I was given the privilege of naming my brother and sister-in-law’s twins. A boy and a girl.

    The girl I name Denise. (Must have been inspired by our own Denise Spencer 😉 )
    And the boy?

    Why of course I called him Denephew!
